**Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Registration for e training is confirmed only upon advance payment.
- The price indicated above is exclusive of Service Tax. The same will be charged extra as applicable.
- The price indicated above is for the Single Nomination Only
- A discount of 10% is applicable for a group nomination of four or more registered at once.
- An Early Bird Discount of 5% will be applicable for the registrations made before two weeks from the start of the training program
- The training dates are subjected to change on the following circumstances:
- Insufficient Enrollments.
- Non-availability of the Trainers due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness, medical emergencies etc.
- Force-majeure events like floods, earthquakes, strikes, riots, political instability, Government imposed bundh (Closed) etc.
- Any other circumstances not stated and beyond human control.
- In case of the training gets re-scheduled or gets cancelled the delegates will get the complete refund of the fees
- In case of the training gets re-scheduled or gets cancelled the delegates can register for the next immediate schedule available.
**Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Maestro Intelligence Lab, reserves the right to prepone/postpone/reschedule/cancel the training, or change the location of the training because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
- In case Maestro Intelligence Lab cancels the training, 100% refund of the total fee paid will be made to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or more, prior to the event, 15% of total fee paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days or less, prior to the event, 50% of total fee paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
- If a cancellation is done by a delegate on the start day of the training 75% of total fee paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
- If the delegate does not turn up to the training without prior information the total fee paid will be deducted and no-refund is permitted.
